Requirements
- 3-5 years in field or regional marketing, or events, with end-to-end program ownership.
- Proven project, time, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools including Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com.
- Demonstrated experience operationalizing AI in marketing (e.g., reusable prompts, documented processes, or lightweight automations).
- Ability to work independently with strong judgment and prioritization.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
- Experience with open source go-to-market motions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional marketing programs from planning through execution, strategy, budget management, and reporting.
- Execute ABM and regional marketing initiatives in partnership with Sales and SDR teams.
- Develop and document AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency in marketing operations and event execution.
- Analyze program performance to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage projects independently, coordinating stakeholders and meeting timelines.
- Provide guidance to Associates, contractors, and other team members on shared initiatives.
- Build and maintain expertise in Grafana's go-to-market strategy and regional partner ecosystem.
