Requirements

  • 3-5 years in field or regional marketing, or events, with end-to-end program ownership.
  • Proven project, time, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools including Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com.
  • Demonstrated experience operationalizing AI in marketing (e.g., reusable prompts, documented processes, or lightweight automations).
  • Ability to work independently with strong judgment and prioritization.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
  • Experience with open source go-to-market motions is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional marketing programs from planning through execution, strategy, budget management, and reporting.
  • Execute ABM and regional marketing initiatives in partnership with Sales and SDR teams.
  • Develop and document AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency in marketing operations and event execution.
  • Analyze program performance to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage projects independently, coordinating stakeholders and meeting timelines.
  • Provide guidance to Associates, contractors, and other team members on shared initiatives.
  • Build and maintain expertise in Grafana's go-to-market strategy and regional partner ecosystem.
