Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in field or regional marketing, or events.
  • Proven experience with end-to-end ownership of marketing programs.
  • Strong project, time, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com (or similar platforms).
  • Demonstrated experience operationalizing AI in marketing (e.g., reusable prompts, documented processes, or automations).
  • Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time.
  • Understanding of open source go-to-market motions preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional marketing programs from planning through execution and retrospective, including strategy, budget management, and performance reporting.
  • Execute ABM and regional marketing initiatives in partnership with Sales and SDR teams.
  • Manage day-to-day decisions, proactively address risks, and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Develop and document AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and scalability in marketing operations and event execution.
  • Analyze program performance to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Provide guidance and support to Associates and contractors on shared initiatives.
