Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in operations, systems management, business process improvement, or automation.
- Proven experience building and managing complex Airtable databases.
- Experience creating automations using Airtable Automations, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in integrating software platforms using APIs and webhooks.
- Ability to design documentation, training materials, and user support resources.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to process improvement and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and emerging AI tools.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage existing Airtable bases to ensure data integrity and usability.
- Design and build custom Airtable interfaces to support team workflows and operational goals.
- Build, maintain, and optimize automations using platforms such as Make and Zapier.
- Develop and implement AI-powered workflows to reduce manual work and increase productivity.
- Create and maintain system documentation and lead training sessions for team members.
- Recommend strategic infrastructure enhancements and act as a resource for operational technology.
