Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience.
- 3+ years experience managing engineers or engineering teams.
- Track record of building and leading high-performing full-stack teams.
- Strong technical depth in JavaScript and modern frontend development.
- Hands-on experience with Go or comparable backend services.
- Experience owning complex, customer-facing domains such as billing, observability, or developer-experience tooling.
- Proven ability to set culture, standards, and direction during growth or reorganization.
- Strong product sense to balance polish, velocity, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Lead, grow, and mentor a team of engineers, owning hiring, performance management, career development, and team health.
- Own the Console end to end, including UI, observability, user management, and developer-experience features.
- Own the strategy and delivery of developer tooling, including the Tiger CLI and MCP integrations.
- Own billing end to end, from underlying services through the customer-facing experience.
- Set technical direction across a predominantly JavaScript and Go stack, balancing speed, polish, and maintainability.
- Establish engineering practices, conventions, and culture during team growth and reorganization.
- Partner with Product and Design teams to turn a roadmap into shipped features.
