Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and a major web framework (Django).
- Experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with component-based architecture and state management.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
- Experience with agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD principles.
- Strong ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Commitment to clean, testable, and maintainable code.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack features including RESTful APIs, backend services, and frontend components.
- Develop and evolve scalable backend systems to handle business logic and data storage.
- Implement reusable, accessible, and performant UI components in React.
- Contribute to database model design and query optimization for performance and security.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality.
- Collaborate on technical designs to ensure sound architecture and pattern implementation.
- Investigate and resolve performance bottlenecks and defects in the system.
