Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a client-facing role within professional services, learning and development, or sales performance consulting.
- Direct accountability for managing senior client relationships and driving revenue growth within an assigned portfolio.
- Demonstrated experience in the sales cycle including proposal development, solution scoping, and commercial negotiation.
- Proven track record of expanding revenue within existing client accounts through upsell, cross-sell, or project extension.
- Experience identifying, contracting, and managing the performance of external facilitators or coaches.
- Experience overseeing delivery quality through direct observation and content reviews.
- Deep understanding of sales performance learning and development solutions.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles applied to sales skill development.
- Understanding of client organization dynamics and buying behavior in professional services.
- Proficiency in project economics, including revenue recognition and margin management.
- Strong data and analytic acumen, critical reasoning, and contextual awareness.
Responsibilities
- Lead active participation in the sales cycle including prospecting, proposal shaping, and project pricing.
- Drive revenue retention and expansion through upsell and cross-sell activities within client organizations.
- Architect project vision and scope collaboratively with clients to define objectives and key results.
- Manage strategic client relationships through structured cadences, executive check-ins, and alignment reporting.
- Identify, negotiate with, and oversee external contractors for project delivery.
- Assess facilitation quality through direct observation and structured feedback loops.
- Coordinate internal project teams to synthesize insights and manage content development.
- Monitor project tracking and profitability against revenue goals.
