Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or commercial roles.
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle B2B sales and consistently closing new business.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior decision-makers in complex sales environments.
- Background in or exposure to events, sports, hospitality, entertainment, SaaS, venue technology, or adjacent industries.
- Strong ability to build relationships, open new accounts, and develop long-term commercial partnerships.
- Experience creating proposals, business cases, and ROI-driven presentations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong CRM discipline and ability to manage structured pipelines effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote-first environment with regular US travel.
- Highly proactive, resilient, and comfortable operating in an early-stage or scaling market environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across US-based venues, sports organizations, festivals, live events, and hospitality groups.
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders including operators, promoters, venue owners, and strategic partners.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across priority sectors and regions.
- Conduct market research to identify high-value targets and refine US go-to-market strategy.
- Create compelling, ROI-driven commercial proposals and business cases aligned with customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure feasibility, pricing accuracy, and successful deal execution.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and provide regular reporting on pipeline status, forecasts, and commercial performance.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, client meetings, and live activations across the US.
- Contribute insights from the market to help refine messaging, positioning, and sales strategy.
