Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B consultative sales within SaaS or technology environments.
- Strong background in enterprise sales with complex, long-cycle negotiations (45–60+ days).
- Track record of closing high-ticket deals with senior-level stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of financial, fiscal, or tax-related business processes.
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence.
- Resilient, analytical, and highly consultative sales profile with strong negotiation skills.
- Residency in São Paulo required.
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
- English or Spanish proficiency (preferred).
- Certifications in AI or modern sales methodologies (preferred).
- Experience using AI tools in commercial or sales workflows (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead consultative sales processes with mid-market and enterprise clients, managing complex and high-value negotiations.
- Identify and develop opportunities related to cost optimization, tax efficiency, and software acquisition strategies.
- Own the full commercial cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and deal closure.
- Deliver executive-level presentations to senior decision-makers across finance, tax, procurement, and technology departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise organizations.
- Prepare commercial proposals and manage complex contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast management using CRM tools.
- Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities across marketplace and related solutions.
