Requirements

- 2+ years of experience dealing with AWS.
- Fluent English language proficiency is essential.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn.
- Proficiency with Google Suite including Drive and Gmail.
- Experience using CRM software, specifically HubSpot.
- Experience with internal team communication tools like Slack.
- Ability to create and use spreadsheets in Google Sheets.
- Interest and experience in using AI tools like ChatGPT and Anthropic.
- Ability to read and agree to the Corporate Values Statement.
- Alignment with the company's mission to help people.
- Availability for occasional travel monthly or quarterly as needed.
Responsibilities
- Enable revenue growth within existing accounts through account management, attrition prevention, and facilitating new engagements.
- Identify customer needs and communicate value proposition to win new inbound opportunities.
- Maximize customer access to AWS funding programs through education and ongoing awareness.
- Respond to and qualify inbound sales leads from multiple sources including email, phone, and CRM.
- Maintain daily CRM hygiene and visibility into deal progress.
- Coordinate meeting agendas, attendees, and communication for customer and strategic check-in meetings.
- Develop channel sales pipelines with AWS Account Reps, PSM, and Sales Managers.
- Manage and maintain records within both AWS CRM (ACE) and HubSpot.
- Communicate regularly with internal teams to ensure account success.
- Engage in ongoing certification, training, and personal development.
