Requirements

  • 5+ years of overall experience in sales within the technology industry.
  • 2+ years of experience dealing with AWS.
  • Fluent English language proficiency is essential.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite including Drive and Gmail.
  • Experience using CRM software, specifically HubSpot.
  • Experience with internal team communication tools like Slack.
  • Ability to create and use spreadsheets in Google Sheets.
  • Interest and experience in using AI tools like ChatGPT and Anthropic.
  • Ability to read and agree to the Corporate Values Statement.
  • Alignment with the company's mission to help people.
  • Availability for occasional travel monthly or quarterly as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Enable revenue growth within existing accounts through account management, attrition prevention, and facilitating new engagements.
  • Identify customer needs and communicate value proposition to win new inbound opportunities.
  • Maximize customer access to AWS funding programs through education and ongoing awareness.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound sales leads from multiple sources including email, phone, and CRM.
  • Maintain daily CRM hygiene and visibility into deal progress.
  • Coordinate meeting agendas, attendees, and communication for customer and strategic check-in meetings.
  • Develop channel sales pipelines with AWS Account Reps, PSM, and Sales Managers.
  • Manage and maintain records within both AWS CRM (ACE) and HubSpot.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams to ensure account success.
  • Engage in ongoing certification, training, and personal development.
