Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or implementation roles, preferably in a high-growth startup environment (Series B–D).
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream transformation or product rollout initiatives.
  • Strong background in healthcare, health tech, or digital health.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance environments, including HIPAA.
  • Hands-on experience supporting product launches or operationalizing product-led initiatives at scale.
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex operational status into executive-level updates.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to connect strategic goals with operational execution.
  • Experience with structured change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or workflow automation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain an integrated program plan across multiple large-scale initiatives, tracking milestones, dependencies, owners, and progress.
  • Translate strategic growth initiatives into executable operational plans across product, clinical, billing, marketing, and customer-facing functions.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across Operations, Product, Clinical, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Client Success teams.
  • Establish and manage governance structures including steering committees, working groups, escalation paths, and decision logs.
  • Lead weekly rollout and execution meetings to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment.
  • Drive completion of readiness workstreams including clinical protocols, billing processes, and measurement frameworks.
  • Identify, track, and escalate cross-functional blockers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain visibility into program health and provide updates to leadership on risks and dependencies.
