Requirements

  • Strong background in startup or scale-up environments, with experience building or rapidly scaling consumer-facing digital brands.
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing and digital acquisition channels, with a strong understanding of conversion-driven growth models.
  • Proven ability to develop brand strategy and creative direction while maintaining a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging analytics to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building, scaling, and motivating high-performing international teams.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly competitive, and evolving markets.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead a unified, group-wide marketing strategy across multiple brands within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Own full-funnel marketing strategy and execution, including performance marketing, brand development, content, and product marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee all acquisition channels such as SEO, PPC, affiliate, display, programmatic, and paid social to maximize scalable growth.
  • Build, structure, and mentor a high-performing marketing organization, establishing robust processes and best-in-class marketing operations.
  • Partner with executive leadership on commercial strategy, strategic partnerships, and the development of new brand and market opportunities.
  • Drive a strong data-led culture, ensuring all marketing activity is measurable, optimized, and aligned with key business KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets strategically to maximize efficiency, performance, and long-term growth impact.
