Requirements

- Track record of driving growth and building enduring businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to craft and execute strategy across PLG, sales-led, and partnership motions.
- Experience scaling a product through an upmarket transition, balancing enterprise depth with user experience.
- Ability to set high product velocity and maintain sustainable delivery paces.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L ownership.
- Fluency with SaaS PLG growth toolkits.
- Skilled at hiring, developing, and retaining top performers in a remote environment.
- AI literacy and practical experience applying AI tools in daily workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.

- Own end-to-end commercial performance across PLG, inbound, and sales-led motions.
- Drive operational excellence by managing P&L, budgets, and key performance indicators.
- Foster innovation by identifying disruptive trends and experimenting with business models.
- Build, coach, and retain a high-performing, fully remote leadership team.
