Requirements

  • Experience using AI to structure thinking, identify risks, and improve output quality.
  • Familiarity with creative services, design agencies, or subscription-based business models.
  • Technical familiarity with tools like Figma or Photoshop for review purposes.
  • Ability to work in async-friendly workflows.
  • Ownership mindset focused on outcomes rather than activity.

Responsibilities

  • Spot risks early before they become issues and act on them proactively.
  • Push back on vague or low-quality briefs to guide clients toward better inputs.
  • Maintain tight, clear, and structured correspondence.
  • Improve client usage of Deer Designer to move from reactive support to proactive partnership.
  • Leverage AI to draft, structure, and refine communication and internal processes to increase efficiency.
