Requirements

- Flawless English communication skills (structured, direct, and clear).
- Design literacy including understanding of layout, hierarchy, branding, and UX.
- Ability to push back on clients and ask hard questions.
- Experience using AI to structure thinking, identify risks, and improve output quality.
- Familiarity with creative services, design agencies, or subscription-based business models.
- Technical familiarity with tools like Figma or Photoshop for review purposes.
- Ability to work in async-friendly workflows.
- Ownership mindset focused on outcomes rather than activity.
Responsibilities
- Spot risks early before they become issues and act on them proactively.
- Push back on vague or low-quality briefs to guide clients toward better inputs.
- Maintain tight, clear, and structured correspondence.
- Improve client usage of Deer Designer to move from reactive support to proactive partnership.
- Leverage AI to draft, structure, and refine communication and internal processes to increase efficiency.
