Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional Epic experience.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of project work.
- Strong listening skills to understand unique client organizational needs.
- Experience implementing Epic systems.
- Ability to tackle complex or difficult projects.
- Current Epic certification in Clarity data models, Clarity ETL, or Caboodle (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for clients.
- Apply technical expertise to client system builds to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Mentor client project teams on project and system build strategy.
- Track and document project risks and issues.
- Analyze and document clinical or operational workflows.
- Work closely with project leadership on documentation and facilitation.
- Engage directly with Epic end users to monitor workflows and provide optimization suggestions.
- Lead meetings regarding project status and work-product coordination.
