Job Details

5+ years of hands-on analytics or BI experience in a data-driven environment.
Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries against large datasets.
Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with a working grasp of statistical significance.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into clear, defensible recommendations.
Self-directed and accountable, with experience operating autonomously.
Strong English communication skills.
Experience with performance marketing, e-commerce, or product analytics.
Familiarity with ad monetization, RSOC/AFS, search arbitrage, or programmatic advertising (nice to have).
Experience with BI tools like Grafana, Looker, Tableau, or Metabase (nice to have).
Basic proficiency in Python/pandas (nice to have).
Familiarity with paid-social traffic platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat (nice to have).
Familiarity with Google AdSense policy (nice to have).

Extract, clean, and analyze performance data across the product to identify trends and report findings.
Design statistically sound A/B tests, track them end-to-end, and drive each to a data-backed verdict.
Diagnose underperforming segments, root-cause drivers from data, and recommend validated optimizations.
Study competitor landers and funnels using research tools to translate observations into testable hypotheses.
Build and maintain dashboards and automated monitors to investigate performance anomalies.
Analyze traffic patterns and user behavior to identify and flag irregular activity or bots.
Ensure creative, lander, and feed alignment with Google AdSense policies to manage compliance risks.
