Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a CSM, AE, or other customer-facing strategic role.
- Proven track record of working with Fortune 100 customers with cloud-based technology.
- Experience managing strategic customers with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Deep understanding of Security SaaS offerings and pricing models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executive-level presence.
- Ability to learn new product offerings and pricing models with agility.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of diverse projects and initiatives with a primary focus on cloud security.
- Influence key stakeholders across customer organizations from technical roles to CISO level.
- Evangelize platform value and ensure effective execution of security best practices.
- Guide customers through post-onboarding stages of adoption using program transformation experience.
- Collaborate with account teams to identify strategic cloud security opportunities and perform TCO analysis.
- Define comprehensive training strategies to upskill technical and non-technical staff.
