Requirements
- Deep fluency in utility-scale solar and battery energy storage systems (BESS), with preference for DG/C&I experience.
- Demonstrated experience in deal-level portfolio development, project CapEx/OpEx financials, acquisition strategy, and project finance.
- Experience managing and developing senior individual contributors with strong coaching instincts.
- Proven track record of building operational systems, processes, and service-line infrastructure.
- Ability to negotiate resource commitments and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong executive presence and ability to serve as a trusted client advisor.
- Experience in complex, multi-workstream program management.
- Working knowledge of project development and engineering/construction is a plus.
- Background in managed services or owner's representative programs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior client partner and advisor for major Blue accounts, providing strategic guidance on portfolio development and financial drivers.
- Manage, develop, and mentor the Program Executive team, acting as their lead coach for engagement strategy.
- Build and enforce operational infrastructure, including engagement kickoff standards, reporting protocols, and knowledge management systems.
- Oversee resource governance, including capacity planning and resolving resource conflicts across multiple work-streams.
- Collaborate with Sales and account managers to provide executive presence and deal-level credibility during proposal development.
- Drive performance management for the Program Executive role, establishing clear career growth models and hiring standards.
