Requirements

  • Proven success managing a client portfolio of over $5 million in consulting fees per year.
  • Expertise in digital product and service design, sales, and delivery.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles in both direct and partner-related opportunities.
  • Strong background in an integrated business or technology firm that provides strategic design consulting.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a talent for storytelling.
  • Strategic thinking with a bias for action and results.
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI.
  • Thought leadership experience in research, digital product strategy, or design.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, pitch, and close enterprise accounts that align with Blink’s ideal client profiles.
  • Build and execute a targeted outreach strategy and track sales performance against aggressive goals.
  • Establish trust with senior decision-makers to define value propositions and navigate complex procurement processes.
  • Partner with internal UX researchers, designers, and Mphasis solutions teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and opportunity qualification to signed contracts.
  • Communicate service offerings and value with clarity and relevance to client business needs.
