Requirements

- Proven success in landing enterprise clients, specifically Fortune 500 and Big Tech verticals.
- Proven success managing a client portfolio of over $5 million in consulting fees per year.
- Expertise in digital product and service design, sales, and delivery.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles in both direct and partner-related opportunities.
- Strong background in an integrated business or technology firm that provides strategic design consulting.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a talent for storytelling.
- Strategic thinking with a bias for action and results.
- Tech-savvy with an interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI.
- Thought leadership experience in research, digital product strategy, or design.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, pitch, and close enterprise accounts that align with Blink’s ideal client profiles.
- Build and execute a targeted outreach strategy and track sales performance against aggressive goals.
- Establish trust with senior decision-makers to define value propositions and navigate complex procurement processes.
- Partner with internal UX researchers, designers, and Mphasis solutions teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and opportunity qualification to signed contracts.
- Communicate service offerings and value with clarity and relevance to client business needs.
