Requirements
- 3-5 years of job-related experience.
- CRCR certification.
- Advanced usage of AI and management of teams using AI for process and technological improvements.
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations of multiple mid-to-large sized organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle best practices, benchmarks, and performance metrics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead teams.
- Demonstrated project management and budget planning skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client or corporate locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day client operations for acute or physician revenue cycle activities.
- Monitor performance KPIs and implement improvement plans to ensure revenue and cash flow targets are met.
- Form and nurture relationships with client leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage and develop talent through coaching and delegating authority.
- Identify gaps in client support and propose technology or process-driven solutions.
- Facilitate client meetings to review operational performance and strategic initiatives.
- Represent Revenue Cycle on site-specific or virtual finance and operations meetings.
