Requirements

  • 3-5 years of job-related experience.
  • CRCR certification.
  • Advanced usage of AI and management of teams using AI for process and technological improvements.
  • Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations of multiple mid-to-large sized organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle best practices, benchmarks, and performance metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead teams.
  • Demonstrated project management and budget planning skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to client or corporate locations as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Direct day-to-day client operations for acute or physician revenue cycle activities.
  • Monitor performance KPIs and implement improvement plans to ensure revenue and cash flow targets are met.
  • Form and nurture relationships with client leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop talent through coaching and delegating authority.
  • Identify gaps in client support and propose technology or process-driven solutions.
  • Facilitate client meetings to review operational performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Represent Revenue Cycle on site-specific or virtual finance and operations meetings.
