Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise client relationships (guide, not a hard rule).
  • Proven ability to work proactively and independently while handling multiple moving parts.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to identify underlying client needs beyond surface requests.
  • Experience driving projects across cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Sharp communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Genuine interest in basketball and understanding of the NBA season (Playoffs, Finals, Draft, free agency).
  • Ability to work US Eastern Time hours reliably.
  • Access to reliable internet for fully remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the account forward by proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Coordinate product, engineering, delivery, and operations teams to ensure commitments are met.
  • Maintain quality and substance for all deliverables shipped to the client.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client executives and manage daily requests.
  • Translate client requests into actionable priorities and next steps.
  • Manage account planning, including roadmaps, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Own client reporting and deliver actionable insights.
  • Handle incidents and escalations with calmness, setting clear expectations and driving resolutions.
