Requirements

  • 15+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably at companies scaling past $100M ARR.
  • 7+ years leading and scaling Product Marketing teams with a focus on recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
  • Proven category creation or category leadership experience.
  • Fluency in AI-driven Go-To-Market strategies and understanding of AI's impact on buyer behavior.
  • Experience marketing to both technical and business buyers simultaneously.
  • Deep cross-functional credibility with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership.
  • Analyst relations experience with Gartner, IDC, Forrester, or equivalent.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make strategic decisions in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end narrative for Intelligent Print Automation, including positioning, messaging, and category story.
  • Lead analyst relations with major firms like Gartner, IDC, and Forrester to secure leadership status.
  • Execute high-velocity product launches across Product, Sales, and Growth teams.
  • Partner with Product and Pricing teams to define commercial strategies, packaging, and bundling.
  • Build sales enablement programs, including battlecards, ROI frameworks, and objection-handling tools.
  • Collaborate with CRO and sales leadership to support segment priorities and deal-level narratives.
  • Lead and scale a global team of Product Marketers while establishing departmental standards.
  • Champion the voice of the customer to inform product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
