Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional teams and business units.
- Deep expertise in government healthcare programs, including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid managed care.
- Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and benefit designs within regulated healthcare environments.
- Strong experience managing senior-level relationships with health plans and C-suite stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of regulatory, compliance, audit, and legal frameworks in healthcare markets.
- Demonstrated ability to translate payer and regulatory requirements into scalable operational, product, and technology solutions.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, EBITDA targets, and business performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to travel up to 30–40% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategy, growth, and operational execution of the Health & Government Markets business unit, ensuring alignment with financial, regulatory, and performance objectives.
- Define and execute multi-year growth strategies to expand membership and revenue through senior-level relationships with key health plan partners, particularly in Medicaid and Medicare.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies aligned with government program requirements, ensuring competitive and scalable benefit offerings.
- Oversee business planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting, including EBITDA targets, revenue goals, and investment trade-off decisions.
- Serve as executive owner for key operational and program capabilities supporting client delivery, compliance, and performance outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Operations, and other business units to design and optimize government-focused products and services.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with health plans and strategic partners to support long-term growth and retention.
- Lead sales strategy and performance management, including goal setting, training, and organizational alignment.
