Requirements
- Proven experience managing high-stakes, multi-stakeholder partnerships in civic, nonprofit, philanthropic, or corporate community settings.
- Demonstrated track record as a partner manager capable of balancing complex relationships across organizations and leaders.
- Experience operating in roles requiring the development of new strategies, playbooks, or operating models.
- Strong listening and facilitation skills with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt strategies across multiple markets or partners simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for the Regional track or regularly for the Organizational track.
- Enthusiasm for Stand Together’s mission and principled approach to social problem solving.
- Familiarity with national organizational structures and affiliate or chapter networks (preferred).
- Experience building local networks of nonprofit and business leaders (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with leaders, implementing partners, and key stakeholders across the designated growth track.
- Develop and execute customized activation strategies tailored to the needs of each market or network.
- Recruit leaders into the community and accelerate their onboarding and integration.
- Execute convenings, partner events, and leader onboarding sessions in coordination with the Community Manager.
- Capture engagement data to systematically improve the operating model and build self-sustaining activation pipelines.
- Collaborate across functional teams, including Partner Engine and Platform teams, to ensure seamless activation and adoption.
