Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building backend, distributed systems, or ML infrastructure.
- Proficiency with ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Deep knowledge of backend architectures.
- Strong command of relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Experience with data modeling and system design.
- Expertise in distributed systems principles.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience operating production systems at scale.
- Nice to have: Experience with RL training infrastructure, simulation systems, or evaluation platforms.
- Nice to have: Experience working in operations-heavy, tech-enabled environments.
- Nice to have: Experience supporting applied ML or AI research teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale reinforcement learning environments and their supporting platforms.
- Drive architecture for scalable, reliable, and extensible environment systems and data generation pipelines.
- Partner with Research, Product, and Ops teams to translate ambiguous requirements into production systems.
- Build modular, plug-and-play domains that integrate with training and evaluation loops.
- Improve system reliability, observability, performance, and data quality.
