Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing strategy, business strategy, or related roles.
- Experience within high-growth consumer or e-commerce environments.
- Strong proficiency with data tools including SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Deep understanding of marketing growth levers, channel mix, and conversion optimization.
- Experience designing and evaluating marketing and web experiments.
- Strong judgment and ability to manage ambiguous or high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell compelling, clear stories.
- High level of professional curiosity and focus on business outcomes.
- Experience in management consulting or business operations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Synthesize data across marketing, product, web, and retail to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Partner with channel owners to shape test plans, size opportunities, and prioritize growth initiatives.
- Translate complex, incomplete data into clear narratives for executive leadership.
- Diagnose root causes of performance issues and recommend clear, actionable next steps.
- Establish a consistent cadence of insight sharing to keep teams focused on core drivers.
- Contribute to annual planning and long-term investment decisions as a strategic thought partner.
