Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5-8 years of progressive CPG sales experience with Convenience, Drug, and distributor-led businesses.
  • Experience owning customer relationships and delivering growth through direct management or broker/distributor networks.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Strong commercial acumen across forecasting, promotional planning, and trade management.
  • Experience leveraging syndicated and customer data like Circana/IRI, Nielsen, or SPINS.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter capable of balancing strategic thinking and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of the Alternative / Away From Home Channels growth strategy with primary ownership of Convenience and Drug.
  • Partner with the Sr. Director to evolve and activate long-term channel strategy.
  • Manage key customer, broker, and distributor relationships across assigned channels.
  • Develop and execute customer business plans including assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Build compelling, data-driven selling stories to influence customer decisions.
  • Own forecasting, account planning, trade management, and performance tracking.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Innovation teams.
