- Lead execution of the Alternative / Away From Home Channels growth strategy with primary ownership of Convenience and Drug.
- Partner with the Sr. Director to evolve and activate long-term channel strategy.
- Manage key customer, broker, and distributor relationships across assigned channels.
- Develop and execute customer business plans including assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Build compelling, data-driven selling stories to influence customer decisions.
- Own forecasting, account planning, trade management, and performance tracking.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Innovation teams.
