Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, industrial software, or a similarly complex GTM environment.
- Significant experience in product marketing, program management, or go-to-market leadership.
- Experience in industrial verticals (e.g., Oil & Gas, Pharma, Chemicals, Power & Utilities, Mining).
- Proven track record of leading product marketing and launch initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Strong ability to build positioning, messaging, and launch frameworks for technical or enterprise offerings.
- Demonstrated experience running cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Strong people leadership skills with experience managing individual contributors and managers.
- Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to synthesize complexity.
- Preferred: Experience with portfolio marketing, solution-level commercialization, ABX, and partner marketing.
- Preferred: Familiarity with AI-enabled GTM workflows and launch/program management tools.
Responsibilities
- Own product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and value articulation for the Seeq portfolio.
- Translate product direction and industry priorities into clear, impact-driven market narratives.
- Lead the planning and orchestration of major go-to-market programs, launches, and campaign milestones.
- Establish standard program frameworks, governance routines, and launch readiness criteria to improve cross-functional alignment.
- Develop core GTM assets and ensure messaging consistency across products, industries, and growth motions.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align launch readiness and gather market feedback.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of clarity, accountability, and operational rigor.
