Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, operations leadership, or a related field.
- Exceptional business judgment and problem-solving skills with an ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to influence decisions and measure impact.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and automation to increase productivity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders.
- Strong project and program management capabilities to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and operational systems.
- High intellectual curiosity and a willingness to dive deep into unfamiliar problems.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%, including international travel.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and solve critical business challenges as an internal consultant.
- Lead special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of executive leadership.
- Own and scale partnership operations by working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor partnership health and performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and develop scalable processes.
- Manage key funnel metrics and business performance reporting for product offerings.
- Partner with Product, Clinical, and Commercial teams to improve conversion, adoption, and retention.
- Program manage key strategic initiatives including clinical product enhancements and AI-enabled workflows.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Measure impact and optimize processes across the treatment journey and manufacturing using data and experimentation.
