Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing event budgets of $600K or more.
  • Working knowledge of project management and event planning tools.
  • Expertise in the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Experience in B2B software, edtech, or education-related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end national and regional trade shows, including vendor coordination, budgeting, logistics, and analysis.
  • Oversee the annual Sales Kickoff (SKO) from initial planning through onsite execution.
  • Direct the company webinar program to align with product priorities and engagement goals.
  • Support customer experience programs like advisory boards and user group events.
  • Maintain the master events calendar to ensure strategic visibility across teams.
