Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in community management, customer programs, customer education, operations, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling community programs, such as user groups, ambassador programs, advocacy initiatives, or community-led events.
- AI-native operator mindset and proven track record of using AI to plan, create, analyze, automate, and execute work.
- Strong program management and operational skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong written communication and community engagement skills.
- Ability to build scalable processes and drive projects from concept through execution.
- Experience measuring program performance and using data to guide decisions.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Education teams.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and support Builder Crew leaders.
- Develop playbooks, templates, and operational processes for local events.
- Partner with internal teams on event promotion, measurement, and follow-up.
- Create scalable systems that enable community leaders to independently run successful programs.
- Expand Airtable's presence and participation on Reddit and other community platforms.
- Identify and amplify customer success stories, best practices, and AI use cases.
- Manage program operations, documentation, reporting, and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual work and improve operational efficiency.
