Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, consulting, technology strategy, or enterprise transformation.
- Experience with AI technologies, digital transformation, ERP systems, or workforce management platforms.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across distributed teams.
- Consulting or enterprise program delivery experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise AI and technology strategy for ERP and workforce management systems in collaboration with governance teams.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI-driven initiatives including value assessment and deployment across platforms.
- Assess and support the adoption of AI capabilities within internal systems and external partner solutions.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration between analysts, architects, operational leaders, and external vendors.
- Oversee program governance and operational oversight of AI initiatives and technology transformation.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to monitor performance, adoption, and operational efficiency.
- Lead improvement initiatives and manage project portfolios to ensure timely execution of milestones.
