Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in SaaS account management.
  • Demonstrated track record of quota attainment in an expansion/upsell capacity.
  • Proven ability to negotiate price increases and multi-year contracts.
  • Experience managing a large book of accounts with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong executive communication skills suitable for branch managers and C-suite stakeholders.
  • CRM discipline and experience with tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • Self-starter capable of working in an early-stage function with high ambiguity.
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings, QBRs, and company offsites (10–20%).

Responsibilities

  • Own the renewal cycle for a 100+ account book to ensure on-time contract execution.
  • Lead pricing conversations and defend annual price increases with customers.
  • Execute proactive retention strategies for at-risk accounts in partnership with Customer Success.
  • Identify and close upsell opportunities for platform modules like Appointments, Analytics, and Staff Scheduler.
  • Develop account expansion plans and engage stakeholders across customer institutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI and align on strategic priorities.
  • Maintain accurate account data, deal stages, and revenue forecasts in Zoho CRM.
