Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, business development, or a client-facing role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and self-directed with the ability to manage own calendar and follow-ups.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and refining processes.
- Experience in a startup, agency, or high-growth environment preferred.
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Interest in podcasting, media, or content production.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Onboard new clients and set expectations.
- Run monthly strategy calls and maintain weekly communication.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the production team to address concerns and submission errors.
- Monitor account health to identify and mitigate churn risks.
- Submit a weekly KPI report on active clients and account touchpoints.
- Document all touchpoints, calls, and incidents to keep client records current.
