  • Strong ability to analyze complex accounts, build strategy, and drive implementation.
  • BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and adaptability with AI-powered tools.
  • Commitment to high ethical standards and compliance culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a dynamic territory business plan targeting geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, and multi-disciplinary clinic teams.
  • Engage HCPs in clinically relevant and compliant discussions regarding Infigratinib and the skeletal dysplasia landscape.
  • Identify growth opportunities and address territory challenges proactively using sales and target data.
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, marketing, and medical affairs to expand advocacy.
  • Partner with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, and the HUB to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Operate with an 'One Bridge' mindset to execute company initiatives across the organization.
