- 4+ years in rare disease, genetic disease, or skeletal dysplasia.
- BS/BA degree required (MBA a plus).
- Proven record of accomplishment launching products into competitive or new markets.
- Strong account management skills, including building strategy and driving implementation.
- Effective communication and influence skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability with AI-powered tools and technologies.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Commitment to ethical standards and compliance culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a dynamic territory business plan targeting geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and multi-disciplinary skeletal dysplasia clinic teams.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and the broader skeletal dysplasia landscape.
- Use sales and target data to identify growth opportunities and address territory challenges proactively.
- Partner compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB.
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs in partnership with Marketing and Medical Affairs.
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, company policies, and Pharma guidelines.
