- 8–10 years in pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- 4+ years of experience in rare disease, genetic disease, or skeletal dysplasia.
- BS/BA degree required; MBA is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience launching products into competitive or new markets.
- Proven record of creating demand through disease-state and stakeholder education.
- Strong skills in account management, including analyzing complex accounts and building strategy.
- Effective communication and influence skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability with AI-powered tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a dynamic territory business plan targeting geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, and multidisciplinary clinic teams.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and the broader skeletal dysplasia landscape.
- Use sales and target data to identify growth opportunities and proactively address territory challenges.
- Partner compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, and Family Account Managers.
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs to expand advocacy for Infigratinib and BridgeBio.
- Operate with an 'One Bridge' mindset to execute company initiatives across the organization.
