Requirements

BS/BA Degree.
5+ years of experience in annuity wholesale distribution.
State Life and Health License.
FINRA Series 6 license.
FINRA Series 63 license.
Proven track record of developing sales results in assigned territory.
External sales management experience (preferred).
Experience in all channels of annuity distribution (preferred).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high annuity production through execution of a detailed business plan.
Train, motivate, and develop successful working relationships with specified Financial Institutions.
Support corporate objectives and act as a leader within the Annuity Distribution group.
Cultivate successful business relationships to attain sales goals with top producers in independent channels.
Coordinate regional business plans with internal wholesalers to drive sales team performance.
Execute specific activity expectations to maximize opportunities and grow advisor relationships.
