- Proven success in operations and account servicing or the aptitude to obtain that experience.

- Aptitude in basic mathematics for handling various calculations.
- Ability to understand and interpret financial statements, contracts, applications, and insurance-related materials.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder access to and interaction with the Cowbell platform and product.
- Complete activities related to maintaining compliance with Cowbell policies and procedures.
- Facilitate accurate accounting for partner agents and brokers.
- Communicate with external partners regarding accounting-related needs.
- Assist with the implementation of performance incentives for partner agents and brokers.
- Facilitate the bulk entry of opportunities on behalf of partner agents and brokers.
- Act as a point of accountability for maintaining high service standards.
