Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience with overlay quota to drive revenue on complex or profitable service solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating contract renewals and driving revenue expansion.
  • Strong consultative-selling skills with the ability to uncover pain points and connect solutions to business outcomes.
  • Proven experience working within a SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Persuasive presentation and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM or order management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities across an assigned account portfolio.
  • Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, tactics, and timelines.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Directors to define product sales and growth strategies.
  • Manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Conduct product demos, onboarding sessions, and account setup to maximize customer value.
  • Meet all KPIs related to retention, contact rate, upsell, and renewal ratios.
  • Follow internal SOPs for account interactions within the CRM.
