Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience with overlay quota to drive revenue on complex or profitable service solutions.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating contract renewals and driving revenue expansion.
- Strong consultative-selling skills with the ability to uncover pain points and connect solutions to business outcomes.
- Proven experience working within a SaaS environment.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Persuasive presentation and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM or order management systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities across an assigned account portfolio.
- Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, tactics, and timelines.
- Partner with Account Managers and Directors to define product sales and growth strategies.
- Manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution.
- Conduct product demos, onboarding sessions, and account setup to maximize customer value.
- Meet all KPIs related to retention, contact rate, upsell, and renewal ratios.
- Follow internal SOPs for account interactions within the CRM.
