Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, business management, consulting, or analytics.
- Experience in consumer finance, credit cards, banking, or fintech.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience building models and deriving insights.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Risk, and Analytics.
- Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong ownership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable operating as an individual contributor partnering with senior leadership.
- Familiarity with credit card lifecycle metrics (acquisition, activation, usage, delinquency, losses) is a plus.
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support Seen leadership in shaping strategy and priorities for the branded credit card portfolio.
- Develop and maintain KPIs such as acquisition, activation, spend, balances, and losses.
- Build financial models and business cases to evaluate new features, pricing, and offers.
- Prepare materials for leadership reviews and performance deep dives.
- Translate strategic priorities into requirements and work items for partner teams.
- Track end-to-end execution of initiatives including timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Monitor KPI dashboards and identify performance issues or root causes.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Risk, and Compliance to ensure business proposals meet policy and regulatory expectations.
