Requirements

  • Solid experience in software development, writing code, and deploying custom web or mobile applications.
  • Strong public speaking skills and comfort with stage/screen presence for live demos.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce technical content, such as tutorials and screencasts.
  • Practical experience with agile software development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Proficiency with technical developer tools including GitHub and issue triaging.
  • Familiarity with CRM or support tools such as HubSpot or Zendesk.
  • Natural ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLMs) to improve developer workflows.
  • Fluent English (C1+) for global community engagement.
  • Ability to bridge technical and business requirements for diverse audiences.
  • Passionate about the long-term success of the developer ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Personally onboard strategic B2B clients, providing architecture design guidance and product adoption support.
  • Monitor product usage trends to help clients unlock advanced features and drive expansion.
  • Represent MapTiler at global developer events, including live technical demos and presentations.
  • Produce engaging video content, developer tutorials, and screencasts for our website and YouTube.
  • Engage with the developer community on platforms like GitHub, Discord, and Reddit to unblock creators.
  • Gather technical feedback from enterprise clients and open-source contributors to inform the product roadmap.
  • Monitor customer technical health indicators to proactively mitigate churn for enterprise and government clients.
