Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience in engineering, architecture, or design consulting environments.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams on mission critical or data center infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated success managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, electrical distribution, mechanical/HVAC systems, and ICT.
- Proficiency with BIM and multidisciplinary design coordination processes.
- Experience with Revit, ACC / BIM 360, Revizto, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- Professional English communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary design teams consisting of Electrical, Mechanical, ICT, Structural, BIM/VDC, and Architectural professionals.
- Manage all phases of project delivery from proposal development and project kickoff through design completion and construction support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong long-term relationships.
- Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project financial performance including fee utilization, forecasts, invoicing, and change management.
- Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and coordination activities.
- Ensure deliverables comply with internal QA/QC standards and client requirements.
- Support business development activities including proposals, fee estimates, and client presentations.
