Requirements
- Hands-on ownership of enterprise B2B demand generation, specifically webinars, email, and large-scale virtual summits.
- Proficiency with a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong grasp of email deliverability, list segmentation, and HTML/email design.
- Track record of applying AI tools to streamline campaign workflows and content creation.
- Familiarity with webinar and event platforms like Zoom Webinar, Goldcast, or ON24.
- Experience with LinkedIn creator tools including LinkedIn Live and Newsletters.
- Proven ability to manage external vendors, production partners, and program budgets.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and end-to-end execution of email marketing, automated nurturing, webinar programs, and newsletters.
- Lead high-visibility virtual event programs and digital summits to capture demand.
- Oversee email operations, including content, design, segmentation, and deliverability.
- Partner with the social team to promote LinkedIn Newsletters and LinkedIn Live broadcasts.
- Apply AI tools to automate campaign creation, personalize content, and analyze engagement.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations and the BDR team to ensure seamless lead flow and feedback loops.
- Manage vendor relationships and program budgets to maximize ROI.
