  • Experience in patient/customer satisfaction survey development and statistical modeling.
  • Experience supervising employees at various levels.

  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports and presentations.
  • Competence in basic PC skills.
  • Record of goal achievement and ambition to grow professionally.
  • Ability to foster interpersonal relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee quarterly patient satisfaction survey processes, including HHCAHPS and HOSCAHPS administration, design, and reporting.
  • Conceptualize and implement statistical models across various modalities to support satisfaction strategy.
  • Work with business leaders to set goals, track metrics, and improve patient satisfaction effectiveness.
  • Manage third-party survey vendor relationships and contracting.
  • Develop and implement client engagement programs and patient satisfaction initiatives.
  • Coordinate policies, standards, and interpretations related to patient satisfaction surveys.
  • Direct team activities including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and career development.
