Requirements
- Four-year college degree.
- Minimum five years of managerial experience.
- Experience in patient/customer satisfaction survey development and statistical modeling.
- Experience supervising employees at various levels.
- Ability to work independently and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports and presentations.
- Competence in basic PC skills.
- Record of goal achievement and ambition to grow professionally.
- Ability to foster interpersonal relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee quarterly patient satisfaction survey processes, including HHCAHPS and HOSCAHPS administration, design, and reporting.
- Conceptualize and implement statistical models across various modalities to support satisfaction strategy.
- Work with business leaders to set goals, track metrics, and improve patient satisfaction effectiveness.
- Manage third-party survey vendor relationships and contracting.
- Develop and implement client engagement programs and patient satisfaction initiatives.
- Coordinate policies, standards, and interpretations related to patient satisfaction surveys.
- Direct team activities including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and career development.
