Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience managing admissions teams, preferably in remote or online environments.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in admissions or related operational management roles preferred.
  • Strong people leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to leadership.
  • Strong understanding of compliance-driven environments and regulated admissions processes.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop remote admissions teams, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and alignment with organizational values and mission.
  • Oversee the full admissions process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality experience for prospective CDL students.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including state regulations, accreditor standards, and US Department of Education policies.
  • Design and deliver training programs, coaching initiatives, and professional development activities for admissions staff.
  • Hire, onboard, and manage admissions personnel, supporting effective team structure and performance management.
  • Monitor and audit enrollment files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accountability across documentation and reporting.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and strategic insights to senior leadership regarding admissions performance and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term admissions strategies aligned with enrollment, growth, and operational goals.
  • Collaborate on performance evaluations and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures across teams.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and student satisfaction throughout the admissions process.
