Requirements
- Four-year college degree.
- Five to seven years of related professional experience.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to read and interpret professional journals and business documents.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- RN designation (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage travel requirements for site audits.
Responsibilities
- Identify key risk areas and develop risk assessments by specialty practice.
- Create and execute an annual QA plan, including testing of key requirements.
- Track progress of the annual QA plan and report results to stakeholders.
- Manage performance improvement and plan of correction activities.
- Research and interpret regulations, accreditation standards, and industry trends.
- Manage, train, and appraise performance of QA staff.
- Coordinate with external vendors and 3rd parties for compliance audits.
