Requirements
- Project management experience, preferably in professional services, technology, or cybersecurity consulting.
- Demonstrated ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to lead client and executive conversations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in planning, documentation, and reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Zoom).
- PMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent project-management certification (preferred).
- Experience with a Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool – Cloud Coach experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity services delivery (assessments, managed services, incident response) (preferred).
- Experience managing fixed-fee and time-and-materials engagements (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the full delivery lifecycle for a portfolio of concurrent cybersecurity engagements, managing scope, schedule, budget, communications, and quality.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and status reporting.
- Coordinate resourcing and scheduling across consultants, managers, engineers, and assessors based on availability, skills, location, and client need.
- Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and communication cadence.
- Coordinate kickoff meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder touchpoints; prepare agendas and ensure attendees are equipped.
- Capture and distribute decisions, action items, and next steps, and drive outstanding actions to closure.
- Maintain and audit project records in the Professional Services Automation tool (Cloud Coach) and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Ensure accurate time tracking for billing, forecasting, and performance metrics; support invoicing and revenue recognition inputs.
