Requirements

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing, motivating, and scaling remote or distributed teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building and scaling digital products or business education programs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to design structured processes and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in trade industries, vocational training, or business education (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end development and optimization of the virtual business academy platform.
- Design and expand training programs that support technicians and entrepreneurs in launching and scaling businesses.
- Build, coordinate, and lead a distributed team of instructors, mentors, and operational support staff.
- Drive student enrollment growth, engagement, retention, and measurable business outcomes.
- Develop scalable systems, workflows, and operational processes to support academy expansion.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Align academy strategy and execution with broader business vision.
