  • Experience in trade industries, vocational training, or business education (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end development and optimization of the virtual business academy platform.
  • Design and expand training programs that support technicians and entrepreneurs in launching and scaling businesses.
  • Build, coordinate, and lead a distributed team of instructors, mentors, and operational support staff.
  • Drive student enrollment growth, engagement, retention, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop scalable systems, workflows, and operational processes to support academy expansion.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Align academy strategy and execution with broader business vision.
