Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership or senior management experience, ideally in healthcare or complex operations
  • Strong background in operational management, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Design Thinking preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments with cultural awareness and adaptability
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Spanish language proficiency (written and spoken) preferred
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis, including regular travel to Costa Rica

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of international operational and clinical strategies across global clinic operations
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align business objectives, partnership goals, and clinical priorities
  • Oversee cross-functional teams and ensure effective delivery of operational initiatives and performance targets
  • Analyze market trends, operational data, and performance metrics to guide strategic recommendations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across clinical, operational, and administrative functions
  • Facilitate cross-cultural integration and communication between domestic and international teams
  • Ensure alignment between organizational vision and in-country execution of healthcare strategies
